After heavy rain, water wouldn't stop seeping into a family's home in Manchester, Vermont, so they reached out to Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems for a solution. 

A Manchester Center, Vermont resident had her finished basement get ruined but stormwater entering. We tore out all of the wet walls and flooring that were damaged and wet, promoting the growth of mold. Once the basement was cleaned out they installed a drainage system and our most reliable pump that will ensure that the space remains dry during every storm!

The  customer wanted their basement dry and to turn it into a usable space.  To accomplish this Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed a Full Perimeter Water Guard System and a TripleSafe SumpPump.  The WaterGuard will go along the perimeter of the basement collecting any water seepage or static pressure water.  It will then direct the water to the TripleSafe Sump Pump, where it is discharge out of the basement, away from the home.

In Claremont, New Hampshire, Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed a non-organic waterproof basement floor with a built-in vapor barrier, capable of raising the floor temp by 10 degrees.
