"Matt, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share some good news and words of encouragement with you this morning. My HVAC company was out this morning to provide their fall inspection. It was the first time they've been out since the insulation work.  Before their employee went into the attic, I told him I'd had insulation work done since they were last here - just as an FYI.  After completing the inspection, the man came down from the attic, looked at me for a minute, then said "That's some of the best work I've seen."  He went on to compliment the detail of the work as well as the quality.  If that's not enough, I got my electric bill for July (first full month since the work).  Last July I used 979 kw.  This July, 548 kw. And, keep in mind, last year I was working; this year I'm home all day.  I'll be interested to see what the August bill shows. Tony: You had met with my husband regarding our two bay windows (master bedroom and master bathroom) and trying to solve our “cold” rooms attached to these bay windows.  You suggested an excellent possible solution and this past Friday,  a team of 2 men from your firm came out and completed the work you had suggested.   I am e-mailing to tell you that your solution has significantly contributed to what we now deem a problem solved!  We cannot tell you how astonished and thrilled that the temperature in our master bedroom and master bathroom has been 70 degrees since last Friday and we have removed the space heater that we’ve been using.  We both send you our sincere thanks for your thoughtful proposed solution - it has made a tremendous difference and we could not be happier!  In the 18 months since we have moved in, you were the only one to even take a closer look at the floor of the bay windows and clearly, this was a real part of the problem with letting cold air into these spaces.  Thank you!  Thank you!  Thank you! We are also enjoying having the hygrometer installed in the crawl space to monitor things there. We wish you much-continued success

We had a great experience with The Drying Company! First, Rick Carr did a fantastic job of presenting the available options and gave us a good quote. We are also grateful your company worked with us as we waited on the HOA to approve the gutters. Secondly, your team was very prompt and courteous in keeping us informed on the date/time the installation would take place. There were no hiccups and the installation team was on time and ready to go. You have a very nice crew with great customer service mindsets. Lastly, the installation went smoothly and it looks beautiful! We have received numerous compliments from the neighborhood. Thank you for doing such a great job overall!

A few days ago, one of your service reps came to our house to inspect our crawl space and verify the proper operation of your dehumidifier in our enclosed crawl space. He also changed the batteries in the remote hygrometer. All was well.   I appreciated the way Wade Hosmer waited patiently at the door, as I could not get to it immediately. He was friendly and explained what the inspection entailed. Tradesfolk like him makes dealing with companies on a long-term basis pleasant.

Your guys came today and will foam tomorrow. I want to single out Bassam for outstanding attention to detail, and his interest to please. His workmanship and work ethic carried the project! Thanks for sending him! 

I’ve noticed an improvement in the house and I would do it again. I really appreciate all the help. My sales rep. was excellent. He spent a lot of time with us late into the evening. He watched us eat dinner, but he wouldn't eat anything though. The crew was really-really-really good. Excellent.
