This homeowner in Salem had water seeping into the basement with rain. They reached out to Fortress for a solution to this problem.

This homeowner in Salem reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had been dealing with water intrusion issues for years, and wanted that problem fixed once and for all.

After having our System Designer out to assess this home and determine the best waterproofing solution, Fortress sent our Foreman and his crew out to do the job. The crew installed our WaterGuard System along the perimeter basement walls, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. These products will work together to keep this basement dry by catching any water seepage, and pumping it out of the home and into the yard a safe distance away from the foundation. This homeowner will never have to worry about a wet basement again!

This basement had damp floors with small puddles. Their painted-on sealant chipped away over time, which caused water to come through the walls. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter french drain and a TripleSafe sump pump system.
