This homeowner in Henry reached out to Fortress because they has an issue with water seeping into the basement with rain.

Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump sump pump.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will no longer have to worry about a wet basement!

This Daleville, VA home was in need of a dry basement to be used for family gatherings. It regulary received water dureing heavy rains and damaged flooring, walls, etc. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve the problem. 

Scott Llewellyn, our System Design Specialist, quickly went out to evalutate the situation. He concluded that the basement would needed a permanent solution. He proposed WaterGuard, our TripleSafe sump pump with battery back up. Upon further inspection, her realized this family had a Radon system and would need to ensure this system would not be compromised. So he included Trench Drain with Trench Lock and a radon barrier. 

Our forman, AJ Looney, along with his team soon arrived at the home to start the project. They removed the damaged wall, removed the shower, to ensure maximum protection, and began to install the WaterGuard System which comes with a Nationally backed Life of Structure warranty. The TripleSafe sump pump was installed and discharged out the back wall along with our patented IceGuard system and LawnScape system.
