This homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions concerned about their floor joists sagging and all the insulation falling from between the joists. Fortress solved their problem by installing SmartJacks and CleanSpace encapsulation.

This Blacksburg, VA homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions because they were receiving water in their crawl space each time it rained, no matter how light the rain was, causing an odor!

After scheduling an appointment, one of our System Designers went out to do an evaluation on their home. He found out where the water was coming in from and provided the homeowner with a permanent solution to fix the problem. 

Fortress installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to keep out any water that would try to push through along with our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to assure this homeowner that there would no longer be a musty smell throughout their crawl space!

Scott proposed utilizing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to fully encapsulate the space to keep out dirt and moisture. We also installed a Sedona SaniDri Dehumidifier to keep the relative humidity down.

This customer came to us with concerns about their musty, damp, and cold crawlspace and a crack in the foundation. To keep the heat in the house from escaping though the crawlspace, Fortress installed Foamax wall insulation. Then, Fortress installed the Flexispan wall crack repair system to fix the crack in the foundation and ensure a firm foundation. Finally, Fortress installed a CleanSpace liner to waterproof the crawl space and address the damp and musty issues the customer was facing.
