The crawl space of this home in Roanoke was damp and musty, and needed some help!

Our System Designer, Robert Briggs, went out to evaluate this crawl space and recommended installing a complete CleanSpace encapsulation.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. This home now has a much cleaner, brighter crawl space.

This crawl space in Roanoke was leaking and moldy. The dirt floor was covered in a thin layer of plastic that did not stop water and mud from getting in. Fortress solved these problems by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System to ensure that this crawl space will stay clean and dry!

This homeowner located in Boones Mill, VA, called Fortress Foundation Solutions because they wanted to have their crawlspace look more presentable. 

They had insulation falling from the ceiling that they wanted picked up. So, our Foreman, Cole and his crew, went straight to work and started pulling out all the old insulation. After the insulation had been gathered and taken out of their crawl space, the crew started installing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, giving their crawl space a cleaner look and healthier enviornment!

The Homeowner was experiencing moisture and water issues in the crawlspace of their beautiful home. Fortress Foundation Solutions provided a permanent solution by installing the CleanSpace liner as well as a Smart Sump system in the crawlspace to address the moisture and water issues.

Our CleanSpace liners are specially designed vapor barriers that were designed to keep out moisture, humidity, and pests. While our Sump pumps collect any water that may accumulate and distribute it up and out of the home, away from the crawl space and foundation. The duo application of these two products will greatly decrease the chances of this home dealing with moisture issues.
