Water can get into any type of building, even apartment buildings. Our System Designer, Chris Guill, has worked with a local apartment complex to maintain the property value of their building by installing our Basement waterproofing system. Foreman, Adam Mills and his crew installed this system in just one day! 

This Lynchburg, VA homeowner was tired of stinky smells and moisture coming from their open sump pump. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions. System designer, Sonny Kingsbury, completed an inspection and recommended a Triple Safe sump pump. This pump has an added back-up battery. When the power goes out, it keeps on pumping. All of the sump pumps Fortress installs have lids. This means all smells and moisture are contained inside the pump, keeping the basement sanitary and odor free! Ready for the change, the homeowner agreed and soon foreman Clarence Copeland 'Cope' and his crew were onsite installing the Triple Safe sump pump. Now this Lynchburg resident enjoys a basement with no stinky smells and no nasty, open water pits. 

A homeowner on Cuddington Ln. in Lynchburg, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions after water repeatedly came into his basement through a crack in the poured wall. He had tried various products to repair it himself, but was unsuccessful. System Designer Zach Bullock came and and quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended our FlexiSpan. This is a sealant applied over a wall crack that ensures it is waterproof and flexes with the movement of the wall. In just a few hours, Technician DJ Coffer was able to install the FlexiSpan. Now this home has a dry basement again!
