This flexible sealant will never dry or crack and flexes to the natural movement of the foundation wall, ensuring a completely waterproofed seal. Technician Jarrett Rowland was soon onsite installing a FlexiSpan. Now this basement wall crack is sealed up and there's no more leaking!

This homeowner came to Fortress Foundation Solutions with severe water damage from repeated flooding.The damage was so extensive that the homeowner could not safely walk down their basement stairs. The Fortress Team solved this issue by installing a full perimeter WaterGuard with a TripleSafe Sump System. We also installed CleanSpace Wall Liner and a TrenchLock system to help release radon gas. Finally, we replaced the stairs so the basement would be safe to go into.
