The crawl space of this home in Culpeper was wet and musty and needed some help!

Fortress solved these issues by installing a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with SivlerGlo Wall Insulation, a SmartSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. These products will work together to continuously keep this crawl space clean and dry!

This basement had an existing sump pump, which we removed and replaced with a TripleSafe.

This basement had damp floors with small puddles. Their painted-on sealant chipped away over time, which caused water to come through the walls. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter french drain and a TripleSafe sump pump system.

A System Designer performed an inspection and using his moisture meter, could measure the high levels. He was able to give him a free estimate for a FlexiSpan. This is a flexible sealant that will never dry or crack and ensures a waterproof seal. Soon a Fortress crew was at the home and in a few hours the project was complete.
