The basement of this home in Stephens City had an issue with moisture and water intrusion. The homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get this problem solved.

Fortress went out and installed our WaterGuard System along the perimeter basement walls, along with a SuperSump sump pump. These products will continuously work together to keep this basement dry!

Todd W. and his wife had a soaked basement carpet. Investigating the source, they found a crack in the basement wall and decided to call Fortress Foundation Solutions. System Designer, Zach Bullock came out for a free estimate and recommended a FlexiSpan. Wanting to save their finished basement area, they agreed. Jarrett Rowland was able to come out soon after and install the FlexiSpan in a couple of hours. This sealant is flexible, will never dry or crack and ensures a waterproof seal. Now Todd and his wife are enjoying their basement space again without worry of water!   

This basement in Keysville had water seeping up through the foundation when it rained. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve this problem. After assessing the home, Fortress determined that a full-perimeter WaterGuard with a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. The WaterGuard will catch any water coming in and channel it to the SuperSump where it will be pumped out of the basement. This homeowner no longer has to worry about a wet basement again!

This tall crawlspace was experience water problems. We installed a CleanSpace liner and drainage matting, perimeter french drain, TripleSafe sump pump, and SaniDry dehumidifier.

This Keswick basement had water stains from repeated flooding. The old sump pump had stopped working and left the homeowners in a panic. Thankfully Fortress was able to solve this issue by installing a new TripleSafe Sump System. Now the basement will never flood again!
