This customer came to Fortress Foundation Solutions with serious water damage and a cold, flooding basement. Fortress addressed these issues by installing a full perimeter WaterGuard with a TripleSafe Sump System, Rim Tight Insultion, and Mold-X2 Stain Remover.

This property in Reva had a recurring issue with water intrusion, so Fortress Foundation Solutions was called out to see what could be done to solve this problem.

To best fix this issue, Fortress went out and installed our WaterGuard System along the perimeter basement walls, along with a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. These products will work together by catching any water seeping in, and pumping that water out of the basement, keeping this basement dry!

In the 'before' photo, we see the unwaterproofed space making Mr. Smith's basement in Green Bay, Virginia susceptible to damage. Addressing this issue, our team at Fortress Foundation Solutions installed the WaterGuard drainage system, working seamlessly with our TripleSafe Sump Pump to direct water out and keep surfaces dry. To maintain a healthy indoor climate, we incorporated the SaniDry Sedona, ensuring optimum air quality by managing humidity. As shown in the 'after' photo, these solutions not only protect the basement from moisture but also provide a versatile, lasting space.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never again have to worry about a wet basement!
