This homeowner near Clarksville, MD, reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions when the water entering her basement became increasingly problematic. System Designer Eddie Salido met with her, explained the solution Fortress could provide, and offered her a same-day estimate. Eager to reclaim the use of her basement, she agreed. Shortly after, Clarence Copeland (Cope) and his crew were on-site installing a WaterGuard drainage system, Triple Safe Sump Pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now, any water entering the home is drained to the Triple Safe and pumped out. The SaniDry dehumidifier maintains low moisture levels in the basement, reducing the risk of mildew and eliminating musty odors. Happy to be able to use their basement again, Fortress loves to help our customers have safe and healthy homes!

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter WaterGuard System, TripleSafe Sump Pump System with an external discharge, and installed GeoLock Wall Anchors for foundation stabilization. We were also able to use the GeoLock Wall Anchors to stabalize a retaining wall supporting the customer's driveway.

Theresa I. of Ellicott City, MD, wanted to finish her basement for added living space. However, water coming in had made this impossible. It was important to her to have the sump pump out of sight, so Riley found the perfect place - under the stairs! Now all of the basement can be used for added living space. Our system designers and crews work hard to accommodate customer's wants and needs as often as possible. Nick Mori and his crew took care of Theresa's home by installing a WaterGuard drainage system and Triple Safe Sump Pump. All water entering the basement will flow into the WaterGuard, will be gravity fed to the sump pump where it will be pumped out and away from the home. The Triple Safe has a battery back up and will continue to pump even if the power goes out. Now Theresa's basement is a dry, blank slate for her to finish the space she has been dreaming about!

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a Super Sump Plus sump pump with WaterGuard to prevent futher flooding in the basement.

This customer had severe inward bowing on her basement wall. After calling Fortress and having Danny, one of our System Designers out to her home, she moved forward with having our PowerBrace Wall Support System installed in her basement. The PowerBrace system is a great product that will permanently stop wall movement and in some cases, can move the wall back to its original position. This customer is happy to have the peace of mind that comes with the PowerBrace System!
