The WaterGuard is a channel drainage system installed in a trench around the basement perimeter. Any water entering the basement flows through the WaterGuard directly to the Ultra Sump Pump and is pumped out and away from the home. Luke also chose to have CleanSpace installed on the walls. This antimicrobial vapor barrier channels any water entering the walls down and into the WaterGuard where it is pumped out. The white color brightens the space as well. Now Luke has the option to use his basement for anything he chooses - it is dry, clean and light!
