This homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions because they were concerned with several cracks in their garage and on the outside of the house do to foundation settlement.  We solved this problem by installing four Push Piers that stabilized the wall so they will never crack again.

This basement in Calloway, Virginia had some vertical and horizontal cracks on the walls due to foundation settlement. Fortress installed our GeoLock Wall Anchors to permanently stabilize this home. 

This Roanoke, VA homeowner gave Fotress a call because they had noticed mulitple foundation issues occuring in their home. One the front side of their home they had difficulty opening and shutting some of their doors ad one side of the home had started to settle.

Fortress solved this problem by installing our Push Piers! Push piers are installed next to the footings and attached with a heavy duty steel bracket. We backfilled around the piers once stabilization and lifting is complete to finish the installation, providing a permanent solution for this homeowner's settlement issues.
