In the before photo, you can see the damp, vulnerable condition of the homeowner’s crawl space in Iron Gate, VA, plagued by moisture and contributing to uncomfortable conditions above. This crawlspace was flooded with muddy water, mold, and a terrible smell. It was in bad shape and in desparate need of help. Because this water sat so long, the entire house began to smell like mold and mildew. Fortress helped this homeowner out by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation system and a TripleSafe Sump System with a SaniDry Sedona. Now this crawlspace will stay clean and dry!

This Collinsville, VA resident called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns regarding their crawl space. The crawl space was taking on water after it rained. Our System Designer was able to visit this home and provide a solution to these homeowners. The System Designer recommended an Encapsulation. 

Our Forman and his crew were able to turn this plan into a reality. The crew installed out CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along with our SaniDry Dehumidifier. The CleanSpace acts as a barrier to protect the crawl space from the outside elements. Our SaniDry Dehumidifier eliminates any moisture or humidity that may be in the area.
