This homeowner in Hardy reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because the floors of their home were sagging.

To repair this issue, Fortress went out and installed our SmartJack System. The SmartJack System permanently lifts and stabilizes existing beams and floor joists in the crawl space. This homeowner can now rest assured knowing their floors are level and supported!

Our amazing System Designer, Caleb Stone, eased the homeowner's mind after their horrible contractor experience with the addition on their home. Caleb was able to provide a low profile solution that would stabilize their concrete pad to allow it to pass inspection. Now the homeowners can move past this new addition experience and begin to enjoy their home!

Our seasoned Foreman, Rob Burger, and his crew completed the installation of six Helical Piers to stabilize the concrete pad so the homeowners can feel confident that their new addition is structurally sound. 

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter WaterGuard french drain system, TripleSafe sump with external discharge, and installed GeoLock wall anchors for foundation stabilization. We were also able to use the GeoLock wall anchors to stabalize a retaining wall supporting the customer's driveway.

This homeowner called Fortress with bowing and cracking walls that were causing the basement to flood. There were water stains on the walls, and the basement smelled musty. Fortress was able to help this homeowner by installing Power braces to stabilize their foundation, and a Super Sump Plus system with a full perimeter WaterGuard, to ensure that the basement will not flood again.

The basement of this home in Ridgeway had walls that were cracking and bowing, and had an issue with water seeping in through the foundation. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution to stabilize those foundation walls, and to keep their basement dry.

Our System Designer, Paul Heckman, went out to assess this home and recommended our PowerBrace System to support and stabilize those foundation walls. For the water intrusion issue, he recommended installing our WaterGuard XL system along the perimeter of the basement, along with SuperSump sump pump.

This homeowner can now rest assured knowing that their foundation is supported and dry!
