System Designer Chris Wilmouth sent our Concrete Crew, Mickey and Dom, out to lift the sidewalk back into place using our Poly Level Injection and sealing off the job by using Nexus Pro Joint Seal to ensure the cracks wouldn't be visible.  

In the before photo, you'll notice how the unlevel patio in Marshall, VA was a concern for the homeowner. At Fortress Foundation Solutions, we recognized the need to restore both function and safety. Using our advanced solutions, we applied PolyLevel® to effectively stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs. To further enhance the longevity of the job, NexusPro® Joint Sealant was applied to seal cracks and prevent future damage. As you can see in the after photo, the patio is now level and stable. Tammy was dealing with water intrusion and high humidity in her Bracey crawl space. Left untreated, these conditions could have led to mold, structural damage, and poor air quality throughout the home. Warren and his crew completely transformed the crawl space by installing a CleanSpace® vapor barrier, EZ Flow drainage system, two TripleSafe™ sump pumps, a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier, and SilverGlo™ wall insulation. As shown in the after photo, the crawl space is now dry, sealed, and fully protected from moisture and humidity for the long term.

In Lincoln, VA, a homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about their uneven and unsafe pool deck. Our inspection revealed soil movement and surface cracks as the main causes. To fix the issue, we used NexusPro® Joint Sealant to close cracks and protect against water damage, followed by our PolyLevel® system to lift and stabilize the sunken slabs. After injecting the expanding foam beneath the concrete, the deck was restored to a smooth, level, and secure surface. The result was a safer, long-lasting solution that gave the homeowner peace of mind and a renewed outdoor space.
