This Fairfax homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions when their sidewalk had become tilted over time. System Designer, Dave Mauldin, provided a free estimate for our PolyLevel product. They quickly agreed and soon the Poly crew was at their home. Using this special process, the installers were able to lift and level the front walkway - restoring the safety and beauty again. Their final step was to have the cement sealed with our Sealant Pro making it weather proof and resistant to chipping, flaking and cracking in the future.

This Fairfax driveway did not match the lovely exterior of this home. It was cracked, unlevel and stained. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions to come out. Dave Mauldin, System Designer, provided a free estimate to get the driveway restored. The PolyLevel crew came out to lift and level the driveway slabs and fill in the cracks with Nexus Pro. The final step was to spray the concrete with Sealant Pro to protect it from seasonal change, moisture and chemical elements. This house has the driveway it deserves again!

This home near Monrovia, MD had water coming in the basement where the driveway ran alongside the house. Over several years the driveway had dropped leaving a gap. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. A System Designer met with them, inspecting the area and offering a free estimate for repair. With our PolyLevel system, Fortress is able to lift and level the driveway. Once our PolyLevel crew was onsite, they were able to raise up the driveway and seal the gap with NexusPro. Now, this homeowner doesn't have water coming into their home any more!

Michael was concerned about his sinking patio. The under-patio drainage system was aging and had started to wash away the dirt causing the slab to sink and pull away from the retaining wall. System Designer Riley Ethier, came out to complete an inspection and provide a free estimate. He determined that our PolyLevel Injection Foam would be able to lift the patio and restore it back to the original height. Our PolyLevel crew soon came out and successfully lifted the patio by drilling small holes in the concrete, inserting  foam and then patching the holes. Michael was pleased with the results! 

The presence of cracks in your concrete pool deck is a potential hazard, inviting stubbed toes or skinned knees! This prompted a homeowner in Greenway to reach out to Fortress for assistance. After receiving a complimentary estimate, prioritizing safety, she opted to proceed with the proposed solution. Promptly, our PolyLevel crew set out to elevate and even out her pool deck. Upon achieving a level surface, Nexus Pro was expertly applied to fill the cracks, resulting in a pristine finish, perfect for safe and enjoyable summer gatherings!
