This customer in Fort Belvoir called Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing water intrusion in their crawl space. Fortress sent a system designer out to conduct a free estimate and inspection. The customer was pleased with the proposal and went forward with the work. Our crews installed a water proofing system with a sump pump, covered with dimple matting and our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier system to give this customer peace of mind!

This client wanted a standard encapsulation by a trustworthy company in her crawl space, so she contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions. Our System Designer, Skylar Beverage, went out and mapped out a solution for her, and soon after, our crew went out to encapsulate her crawl space. They laid down our Drainage Matting before installing our SilverGlo Insulation on the walls, our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the ground, and sealing it with our Rim Joist Insulation. We left our customer with a wonderfully clean, sealed crawl space!

This client noticed water coming into his crawl space and decided he wanted to get it encapsulated, so he called Fortress Foundation Solutions. We sent out our System Designer, Dave Mauldin, who did a thorough inspection and gave him an estimate. Later, our Foreman and his crew went out and installed SilverGlo Insulation on the walls with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the floor and walls to keep it nice and dry. Our client was very satisfied with his crawl space!

When this homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation, their crawl space was in rough shape. Mold, water seepage, and high humidity were creating an unhealthy environment beneath their home. They needed a comprehensive solution to eliminate moisture, improve air quality, and protect their foundation for the long term. One of our expert system designers, Danny, went out to the home and completed a thorough inspection and provide a proposal for a solution. This customer opted to conduct a full crawl space encapsulation utilizing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. They're thrilled to have the work completed and to have their home stable, safe, and healthy.

This home had cracked walls and water in the basement plus water in the crawl space.  Clean Space Wall was used along the front basement wall with Power Braces to stabilize the block foundation.  Waterguard was installed and a Super Sump was placed in the corner of the room. A discharge line was run through the crawl space to the outside of the home.  The crawl space had drainage matting installed and was encapsulated using Clean Space. A broken water line was discovered and repaired in the process.
