This homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions about a large crawl space under their home that was unusable due to the dirt floor and high moisture levels. System Designer, Danny Camunas, was happy to meet with them, explain the encapsulation products and provide a free, same-day estimate. Ready to move forward, they agreed. Foreman, David Bowers and his crew were soon onsite installing drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep things dry. Now this crawl space is dry and the homeowner can enter the clean and bright area for loads of added storage space!

This home was experiencing main level sagging floors, cracks in the walls, and floors separating from walls. There was also issues with water in the crawlspace, humidity and mold in the home. Upon inspection, we found falling insulation, rotting and moldy joists, and a basic, ineffective plastic sheet on the ground. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter TripleSafe Sump Pump System, SaniDry Dehumidifer, a total CleanSpace Encapsulation, replaced the rotting joists, and installed SmartJacks for a permanent water-free and structurally stable home.
