Customer called us with a inefficient and nasty crawl space. Our certified home performance sales pro, Carl, visited the home for a free estimate and created a plan that would encapsulate the homeowners crawl space using Clean Space and Spray Foam providing a beautiful transformation. Here is the before and after.

This basement in Woodbridge, VA had an existing sump pump that was not solving all of the water issues in the home. Although it was properly placed in the lowest spot of the basement, there was still uncontrolled water collecting in the basement that was not getting to the sump pump for discharge out of the home.  In addition to a full subfloor Water Guard system and Moisture Controlling wall coverings, the homeowner opted for a new sump pump installation to complement it all.  Our Super Sump has 2 pumps and will recover to keep water discharging out of the basement even if the first pump gets overwhelmed.

This basement in Woodbridge Virginia had unwanted water issues. The walls were cold and had been allowing external water to come through the foundation of the home.  After installing Water Guard below the cement floors to lead collected water tot he sump pump, the walls were covered with Clean Space material.  This moisture barrier keeps the water contained and helps the air in the basement from being as humid as it was.  A clean look improves the feel in the basement.

Installation of a Water Guard, sub floor waterproofing system and a sump pump along with a moisture barrier along the base of the walls helped transform this wet basement into a cleaner, drier space.
