This home in Warrenton VA had unwanted water in the basement.  Our production team installed a full basement waterproofing system including sub floor Water Guard.  Water Guard collects unwanted water from the walls or other areas and delivers it to the sump pump to be discharged out of the home.  Installed into the concrete floors it allows for normal use of the basement after the layer of cement on top is dried.

The floors above will remain warm in the winter, the duct work will no longer freeze/sweat, and the reduced humidity levels will eliminate the possibility of mold growth.
