After having their room above insulated, these Aldie VA homeowners wanted to make sure that the floors were properly treated.  They decided to have the under side of the floors insulated with Spray Foam.  Accessing the crawl space below, we were able to apply Spray Foam and help to better seal up the space making it less susceptible to outdoor weather and temperatures.  

This crawl space was filthy! Insulation rotting off, debris everywhere, and the air was damp and mildewy. We installed our CleanSpace system to waterproof it, and filled any vented holes that were letting outside air or critters into the space.

This home in Spotsylvania Virginia had a nasty crawl space that the homeowner wanted to get upgraded.  Our production team was able to remove all of the old plastic floor covering, remove the old insulation falling from the crawl space ceiling, improve the venting system in the crawl space and insulate from the walls out to create a cleaner, drier and better crawl space that could now be used for storage if needed.  This will help to improve the air quality and comfort in the rooms of the home above.  

This Leesburg, VA home was suffering from a high risk of water damage and mold growth, and a musty odor that was permeating the home. This was having a serious negative impact on the comfort level of the home. When our sales professional Matt went out to the property to perform a full home inspection, he determined that the best course of action to end their discomfort would be to waterproof the primary areas of concern namely the crawlspace. Matt explained to the homeowners that the primary cause of their discomfort was the complete lack of adequate waterproofing within the crawlspace. After the homeowners agreed to Matt's solution our service crews went out to get to work on the home. The crews started by removing the old inadequate tarp that served as the only method of waterproofing. Then they Installed TerraBlock floor insulation in the crawlspace. After that, they installed CleanSpace covering to add an additional layer of waterproofing. Finally, the crew added SilverGlo rigid foam insulation to the walls to act as a final layer of insulation to keep the home comfortable.
