Installalation of an Everlast Crawlspace Access Door. 

After discovering their crawlspace was humid and filled with moisture, a homeowner on Bainbridge Island, Washington contacted CleanSpace Northwest Crawl Space Environment Specialist to find a solution. Our System Design Specialist, Donald B. inspected the crawlspace and knew our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system would be the perfect solution to create a drier, healthier, and more energy efficient crawl space.  The CleanSpace installation included a SaniDry™ Sedona Dehumidifier to keep humidity low, Prevent mold, mildew, rot & odors plus conditions the crawl space providing heathier air in the home above. A Mold-X spray treatment was also used to encapsulate further mold & mildew issues along outside walls and inside dividing walls that had been caused by improper ventilation in the crawl space. The encapsulation treatment totally separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry. Since the installation, the homeowner did not experience any dampness or musty smells in their crawlspace, giving them peace of mind and protecteing thier most valued investment - thier home!
