Skye is great! She is very personable and thorough in her presentation and took her time to explain the products. The ONLY reason I have her a 4 instead of a 5 is that she could not answer one of my awning questions but is because she is new and still learning. To her credit she followed up twice with me and got an answer.
They took their time to do the job correctly. Although we suspected a problem it was more extensive than we thought. They explained their recommended method to fix so the job will be the best it can be.
