This latest service was warranty work. A small square of concrete leading to our front porch had subsided a bit and the joint with the porch had widened, breaking the caulk in several places. I called Alford on Wednesday. I was immediately in touch with an informed human being (no computer voices) who was articulate and easy to understand. She listened to my problem and told me that she would have a crew there to fix it the next day. There were no long periods of waiting on the phone. The crew - Jose, Michael, and Billy - arrived the next day, just as she had promised. They listened to my description of the problem and explained to me how they would fix it. They had the job completed in less than an hour. I was pleased with the company's response from start to finish. There was no hesitation about the warranty applying to the work and the crew was friendly and efficient.
