Before:
A Reedsville homeowner was struggling with two major basement problems: water intrusion during heavy rains and foundation walls that were starting to crack and bow inward. The water made the basement damp and musty, while the foundation issues raised serious concerns about the long-term stability of the home.

After:
Our team installed a combined waterproofing and foundation repair solution. To address the water, we placed the WaterGuard® interior drainage system around the perimeter of the basement to capture seepage and direct it to a new SuperSump® sump pump system, which reliably pumps the water away from the home. To stabilize the bowing walls, we installed the GeoLock® Wall Anchor System, which permanently halts wall movement and allows for potential straightening over time.

The homeowner now has a basement that is dry, stable, and protected — restoring confidence in both the comfort and safety of their home.

A homeowner in Reedsville had a crawl space that was damp, musty, and unprotected. Moisture seeped up from the exposed soil and through the block walls, leaving the space humid and unhealthy. After:
Our crew encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, sealing off the ground and walls to stop moisture from entering the space. To ensure the crawl space stayed dry, we also installed a SuperSump® sump pump system, which collects and discharges any water that might enter.

This basement in Green Bay was suffering from water intrusion and a heavy amount of Iron Ochre, which not only turned everything orange but also clogged up their sump pump and drainage pipes, leading to constant maintenance of their current water control systems to keep everything clear and draining correctly. To help with the additional water issues they were experiencing caused by a new crack in the floor, bleeder lines were installed in the basement floors to help collect additional water coming up through the cracks and get it to their pre-existing TripleSafe Sump Pump to be pumped out of the home.
