Our System Design Specialist identified water entering at the wall-floor joint (cove joint), a common issue in Wisconsin homes due to hydrostatic pressure and seasonal freeze-thaw cycles. Moisture mapping confirmed the seepage was isolated, making a targeted waterproofing solution the most effective approach.

After

To permanently capture and redirect the water before it reached the basement floor, our production team installed the DryTrak Baseboard Drain Pipe System along the affected section of the basement wall. This minimally invasive drainage system collects seepage at the wall-floor joint and channels it safely to the home's existing drainage system, helping keep the basement dry while avoiding the need for a full perimeter installation. By addressing the worsening water intrusion quickly, the homeowner now has added protection and peace of mind, complementing the foundation repair and concrete leveling work Sure-Dry had completed previously.
