We installed the WaterGuard® interior drainage system around the leaking walls to intercept seepage and carry it to a new TripleSafe® sump system. TripleSafe provides three layers of protection—primary pump for everyday flow, a high-capacity secondary for peak events, and a battery-backup pump for power outages—sealed under an airtight lid. To control moisture in the air, we added a Sedona dehumidifier, set to maintain healthy relative humidity and piped to drain automatically.

Before
