A homeowner in Necedah, WI reached out to Sure-Dry after seeing a basement wall develop worsening horizontal cracking, floor-to-wall separation, and noticeable inward bowing. Seasonal moisture and dense Juneau County soils were exerting pressure against the wall, leading to structural stress and visible deflection. The homeowner was concerned that the movement was accelerating and threatening long-term stability.

After
Sure-Dry installed the GeoLock® Channel Anchor System to secure the wall and stop the inward movement. Vertical steel channels were anchored at the floor and ceiling, tied back to exterior earth anchors, and then torque-tightened to apply corrective pressure. This configuration stabilized the wall and created a controlled path for future straightening adjustments.
The homeowner now has a reinforced foundation wall protected against ongoing soil pressure, restoring both safety and confidence in the home’s structural integrity.

Before:
A homeowner in Spencer had a block basement wall showing stair-step cracking and slight inward bowing. After storms, water appeared along the wall–floor (cove) joint and moisture wicked through the lower walls, leaving a musty odor and worry about an aging sump pump keeping up.

After:
We stabilized the failing wall with the PowerBrace™ I-beam system, installed WaterGuard® interior perimeter drainage to capture seepage at the cove joint, finished the walls with the CleanSpace® liner to block vapor and direct wall moisture into the drain, and upgraded pumping to a TripleSafe® sump system with primary, secondary, and battery-backup pumps under a sealed lid with alarm.

Now the basement is structurally secure, clean, and dry—with dependable protection during heavy rains and power outages.

Before:
A homeowner in Spencer had sagging, bouncy floors over a crawl space. Old wood posts sat on soil, shims were crushed, and seasonal moisture had softened bearing points—leading to dips along the main beam and sticky doors upstairs.

After:
We installed SmartJack® adjustable steel supports on engineered footings, added a supplemental steel beam where spans were over-stressed, and pre-loaded the jacks to re-establish proper bearing and reduce floor deflection.

The floors are now solid and level, and the home has a clean, adjustable support system for long-term stability.

When our customer in Colby, WI noticed their foundation issues, they didn’t want it to get worse. As you can see in the before photo, the problem was quite evident. Our solution? The concrete walkway of this home in Marshfield, WI was in extremely rough shape! Years of soil erosion had caused the slab to sink over five inches down from its original position, creating a steep entry into the garage. Along with the sinking, unsightly cracks had formed and the control joints turned into major gaps.  

To lift and level the concrete, Sure-Dry used their PolyLevel® Injection Foam system. PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.
