This block wall foundation was suffering from stair-step cracks and was starting to bow inward. To fix this issue and ensure it didn't get any worse, Sure-Dry installed a CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System to stabilize the walls. 

The CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System is a state-of-the-art solution for bowing and cracking foundation walls. Using the same technology the Army Corps of Engineers developed to reinforce bomb shelters, skyscrapers, and bridges, we use CarbonArmor® to stabilize your basement walls.

The CarbonArmor System includes flexible carbon fiber fabric straps that are up to 10 times stronger in tension than steel. Using high-strength epoxy resin, the carbon fiber straps are bonded to the interior face of the wall. The straps will stabilize the wall. This system requires no exterior excavation, installs quickly, and won't impact future basement finishing.

After receiving a call from homeowners in Green Bay, WI about their sunken floors, our Sure-Dry team was ready to work.

Once we arrived at their home for their free estimate and inspection, we discovered where the problem was coming from. Their crawlspace support beams were made of wood and over time wood will begin to mold and rot away which will make the floor above sink.
