Before

This Merrill, WI home had a block foundation wall showing signs of structural movement. Cracking and bowing in concrete block walls can develop when pressure from the surrounding soil becomes greater than the wall can resist, and the problem can continue to worsen if the wall isn't stabilized.

After

Sure-Dry installed GeoLock® Wall Anchors to permanently stabilize the block foundation wall. The system connects steel wall plates inside the basement to heavy-duty earth anchors installed in stable soil away from the foundation.
