After:
Sure-Dry installed an EverBrace™ Wall Restoration System to permanently support the compromised foundation walls and restore load-bearing stability. Beneath the home, a series of SmartJack® supports were set to lift and stabilize sagging beams, with torque and load verification performed based on Wisconsin soil conditions to ensure reliable long-term performance.

Foundation wall movement had created conditions where moisture could find additional pathways into the basement. Addressing the wet basement was an important first step, but stabilizing the affected foundation walls was necessary to correct the underlying structural problem and provide more complete, long-term protection.
After Sure-Dry installed the GeoLock Wall Anchor System to permanently stabilize the affected foundation walls. The system uses heavy-duty steel earth anchors installed in stable soil outside the foundation and connected to steel wall plates inside the basement. During the exterior installation, the crew carefully removed and preserved sections of sod at each anchor location. Once the anchors were installed and the excavated areas restored, the original sod was placed back into position, leaving virtually no visible evidence that foundation repair work had taken place outside the home.
The homeowner now has a waterproofed basement and stabilized foundation, while the carefully restored lawn looks much like it did before the GeoLock installation.
