Before: A homeowner in Antigo, WI noticed sections of their concrete walkway leading to the front steps had settled over time, creating uneven surfaces and potential tripping hazards. Like many concrete surfaces throughout northern Wisconsin, years of moisture infiltration, soil movement, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles had caused portions of the slabs to sink and separate. After: Sure-Dry restored the affected concrete using PolyLevel® High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam to carefully lift and level the sunken sections of the front walkway. Once the slabs were returned to their proper position, NexusPro® Concrete Joint Sealant was applied to the joints and gaps to help prevent water intrusion beneath the concrete. Unlike traditional mudjacking (also known as slab jacking), PolyLevel uses a lightweight, high-density foam that won't add significant weight to the soil below, cures quickly, and provides long-lasting stabilization. The repaired concrete now offers a safer walking surface, improved appearance, and greater protection against future settlement and freeze-thaw damage.

Before:
