Before:
A poured concrete foundation showed classic distress: a horizontal crack near mid-height with slight inward bowing, plus diagonal cracking from corners and light seepage at the wall–floor (cove) joint after storms. Humidity and musty odors lingered, and the aging sump offered little redundancy.

After:
We stabilized the wall with the PowerBrace™ I-beam system to resist lateral soil pressure and allow for incremental tightening toward plumb. We installed WaterGuard® interior drainage to capture cove-joint seepage and tied it into a TripleSafe® sump (primary, secondary, and battery-backup pumps under a sealed lid with alarm). We finished the walls with CleanSpace® to block vapor and direct any wall moisture into the drain.

Now the basement is structurally secure, clean, and dry—with dependable protection during heavy rains and power outages.
