From start to finish the two guys that did my job were outstanding. They left my basement and property in better shape than when they came. Could not tell that they were there. Gary who came out and did 1st inspection was very nice and explained everything well. Hope he does all of my inspections.

The office staff is always pleasant on the phone.  Bill was outstanding.  He explained what he was going to do and offered good advice for keeping my system working properly.  He was right on time and gave me a heads-up phone call.  Regarding the cleanup, as with the install, it was left better than when he came.  So far, I am very pleased with the choice of company I chose to do my work.

Tim did a thorough job of explaining the process and suggesting what needed to be done. He gave me a plan from which to make a decision. Appreciate crews' willingness to answer questions and share information. It was so much better than I anticipated. It was well done.

We liked that the materials used are all waterproof.  We've sustained water damage over the years and all from sources inside the house.  Those accidents were difficult to clean up.  We're happy now that we have a nice looking basement that will sustain the water stuff that seems to happen. 

This is the second time the customer has used Badger, they first waterproofed their basement a few years back and now they were looking to make their basement a finished area by adding an egress window as well as finishing it. He was beyond impressed with his System Design Specialist Jesse, he"rocked the first project" and was "even more fantastic the second time around". He stated the crew was professional and courteous everyday they were there completing the work. They were just over all very impressed with our company as a whole and all the individuals they got to work with.
