We were very pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness at every stage of the process. From initial contact, to home visit and quote through to the install of a new sump pump system and dehumidifier. All staff were incredibly courteous and straightforward. Office and sales team kept in good communication with us, answered every question numerous times, very patiently, until we wrapped our minds around it. The install foreman and the team were on time, quick, and tidy. During install, we discovered a small change was possible and everyone worked to make it happen, resulting in a better arrangement for our home. Following the success of this project, we plan to have further waterproofing completed by American Waterworks.

My Design Specialist, Mac, was very thorough in his presentation and gave good answers to me about the scope of the project. Jeromy and his installation crew used floor covers and plastic curtains to mitigate the clean-up. They were considerate and effective.  At our first meeting with Jeromy and workers, they extended cordiality and determination to do their best work. They performed as promised! I was at high-level stress because of a mishap with a city sewer line. Thank you for understanding my anxiety! 

Impressive office staff. I've had Ben as the Service Technician a couple times, and he is always very pleasant and very efficient. I'm so thankful for this working waterproofing system, especially when it rains non-stop like it has!! 

You guys took care of our basement last year, and we noticed our pumps were running last night after all of the rain, and no water came in! We used to have to wake up during heavy rain to vacuum up water. But now we are planning on getting a cozy carpet in the basement! Your customer service is also fantastic! The person who took our call was prompt and most helpful regarding our appointment dates and times. Ben is a keeper! He has serviced our sump pump and back-up for at least four years now. He always goes the distance for us. He also takes his time to explain all the tests and checks. From sump pump installation to re-checks, to our cement-lifting, we are always pleased and grateful with American Waterworks. They help provide peace of mind from a lot of water worry! 

I wanted to finish my basement and eliminate the remaining 10% of water issues. I found the American Waterworks website and looked at all three minute videos which was informative. I contacted them by phone and a packet with their services listed arrived shortly after with more information. I had a company representative come to the house and take measurements and inspect the basement for what they had to do. Very professional and represented the company well. The price was lower than what I had estimated and received discount for the preferred payment option. The three-man crew arrived right on time, worked hard, only taking a break for lunch that we gave them. The entire job was done in about 8 hours. I was very pleased and impressed. This was is December of 2016. They advised that since the ground was frozen, they'd have to come back in the spring to finish the outside underground portion. In May of 2017, a representative contacted me to arrange a date. A different crew arrived on time and finished in about 2 hours. Very professional. 

I want to recommend American Waterworks not only for the great job they did raising all of my cement sidewalk and repairing the broken pieces. They came back and fixed one of the pieces that had settled. They do guarantee their work and it looks amazing! I want to share that the guys who came over to do the work are professional, meticulous, and quick. The entire sidewalk was done within two hours. In addition, they added grout in between making it look like it was brand new. It truly is amazing how this process works. I am super happy with the job and would recommend American Waterworks to get the job done timely and they guarantee their work.

We are SO impressed with our basement in Lanesboro!!!!!!  It went from a gross swamp to livable space. We never thought it would be this improved. Even halfway would have been worth the money, but now we have doubled our usable space! Thank you so much for saving the basement in our Victorian! The extensive renovation upstairs is definitely worth it now!

The pricing for our waterproofing and radon mitigation project was competitive. The Foreman, Raul, and his crew were absolutely excellent! Hello American Waterworks. Today, I had two replacement windows installed in my basement. I am very pleased with the finished job. Jeromy, Lane and Jeremiah did an excellent job. They introduced themselves immediately when they arrived. Each of them had a smile and they were neat, clean and polite. They did a great job dismantling the existing windows, installing the new ones and explaining the process. They told me of a bare electrical wire, after removing a wall panel, which I greatly appreciated. They did an excellent clean up, inside and out! As a reputable company, you should be pleased to have such good representatives. Please know that this crew is exceptional. They also informed me of an old termite tunnel, which I will follow up on immediately. I would not have known about it without them telling me and showing me. I highly recommend them as a terrific work crew. Also, your sales representative, Ben McKee, was knowledgeable and personable. He appears to enjoy his job and no doubt, is a strong link in your business chain. He explained the water leakage was not from the Waterworks system, that I have, but from the windows. I know a bit about construction, but he answered every question that I asked him and was spot on. I will feel very comfortable recommending your company to those I meet. I have already told many in the Preston area about American Waterworks....so keep up the good work! Your product is very good (we first installed our unit in the early 1980s) and your staff is exceptional. Thank you for your continued service.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the four men you sent out to do the work of fixing our water leak in the basement. They were such hard workers and never even sat down for a break to eat. They were very polite to us and knocked on our door each time they had a question. They cleaned up any messes and used appropriate language when talking and that meant a lot. They worked steady until they finished everything in one day and they were able to save a trip to come back here. It was so nice to see people working so hard and caring about doing things right. Please tell them we were very pleased with their work.

Tim was professional and knowledgeable with the home inspection. He was able to explain exactly what we needed, give us some options and find us the best price for our budget. The crew was efficient, professional and respectful. They really did a good job. 

Jen is quite helpful with questions and concerns.  She finds answer immediately.  Chad, the gentleman who gave me the estimate, explained everything the workers would do in detail.  He was professional and courteous and very brave.  The spiderwebs didn't bother him at all.  The production crew were not only courteous, but caring, professional and happy.  They would laugh and sing and joke while doing their job.  It was a pleasure to hear such jovial workers!!  An amazing crew!!! The attitude of your people is outstanding and they weren't happy and satisfied unless I was happy and satisfied.
