Spray foam insulation was installed in the crawl space. Since then the moisture has been reduced and the musty smell is gone. 

It solved a problem of long standing!

To whom it may concern    It’s now been over ten years since Island Basement Systems installed their clean space system, and spray foam insulation, in the crawl space of our home. Prior to this installation the crawl space floor consisted of builders rubble, dirt, and rock, the basement walls were exposed concrete, it was cold and draughty, and an unpleasant place to access,  I’m very pleased with the installation it was handled very professionally and efficiently, The space is now warm and the accessibility it much easier, Island Basement Systems is highly recommend,   Thank you    Yours sincerely    David Conway

Staff was great.  I like the fact that when the installer got stuck in traffic he called to let me know he would be late.  

Just wanted to say how awesome Steve & John are, so professional, personable and well mannered. They both deserve an A + The basement looks terrific, so clean and they even wrapped up the walls. An excellent job, so well done. The hardwood floors were well covered and protected. You were true to your word. Would love to do more including the sani-dry system.

How did it go? Well, let's see... the floor is much warmer and I wander a bit in bare feet, the house is generally warmer and seems to stay warmer (including the dining area) throughout. The crawlspace also seems to be warmer and hot water arrives a little quicker to the taps.   All in all... I'd say it went great and probably one of the best upgrades for this little old house of ours. Oh, and the house was neat and tidy when we got home too.     Thanx for the call back.   In a nutshell... we're very, very pleased with the whole outcome and the rebates are being processed.
