The installers were very professional.  Peter and the installers knew what had to be done and did it quickly.  It was a very tidy job.  I had a problem and they fixed it.

To whom it may concern; In May 2009, we hired Chris Schmidt and IBSG to install the Icynene spray foam system in the floor between our master bedroom and the baby room. Prior to this installation, Chris had performed work on another part of my house during a renovation project, involving the use of this spray foam insulation, which was estimated accurately and completed promptly, to a high standard and with great care. Subsequently, it became apparent that a new bedroom we were installing above our master bedroom would cause traffic overhead resulting in excessive noise, so we asked Chris if he could use the same spray foam in the space between the upper and lower bedrooms as soundproofing, and to act as a fire barrier. Although this was a tricky project due to the nature of the foam itself, all went well. Since the installation, we have noticed a significant decrease in noise transmission between the rooms and are very happy with the result. I would be pleased to recommend the work of Chris and his company to anyone seeking a high quality, cost effective provider of spray foam insulation and sound proofing.
