This project focused on permanently stopping water from entering through a foundation crack. Small ports were installed along the crack, and a flexible resin was injected under pressure to fully seal it from the inside. Once sealed, the ports were removed, and the surface was finished neatly with fast-setting cement.
The repair was then flood-tested from the outside to ensure it was completely watertight. The area was cleaned, vacuumed, and any insulation that had been removed was reinstalled as needed.
This repair helps prevent future leaks, protects the foundation, and comes with a 24-month warranty for added peace of mind.
This project focused on creating a cleaner, drier, and more energy-efficient crawl space. The area was first cleaned by wiping down heating ducts and sewer lines, removing spider webs, and clearing away loose debris.
A durable moisture barrier was then installed and carefully sealed around the footings, piers, and foundation walls to help keep moisture and outside air out. Beneath the liner, a drainage layer was added to help manage ground seepage and provide long-lasting protection.
To improve comfort and energy efficiency, new insulation was installed along the foundation walls and in the rim joist areas. All seams and gaps were carefully sealed to help reduce drafts and resist moisture.
The result is a well-protected crawl space that helps control moisture, improve energy efficiency, and create a healthier environment beneath the home.
A damp crawl space can lead to musty odors, mould, and even structural issues. That’s why we fully seal and protect the area by securely fastening and air-sealing a durable moisture barrier at footings, piers, and foundation walls. If insulation is present, the barrier extends 6” in front of it for complete coverage.
To further protect your home, we add a drainage layer beneath the barrier, extending slightly up the exterior walls. This prevents ground seepage, improves durability, and creates a cleaner, healthier space & perfect for storage and peace of mind.

To stop water from leaking through the ceiling, we drilled small holes and injected a waterproof material into the cracks under high pressure. Once the cracks were fully sealed, we removed the injection points and cleaned up the area. Finally, we patched the surface with fast-drying cement to leave it neat and smooth.
