These crucial elements are part of the strategy to maintain low humidity levels and avert microbial growth.
The first thing we put in place to preserve this church's crawlspace and foundation is a CleanSpace to prevent moisture from entering. This is done to keep the humidity levels low which is done to prevent mold from growing on the wood and degrading it. We also installed an Everlast door for further sealing from the outside for both moisture and trash.

We also recommended adding supplemental beam and smartjacks in order to keep the integrity of the area stable. On top of that, we added a proper entrance to the space so it can be accessed easily. Lastly, we used our spray insulation to close off the area and keep it insulated from the outside.
