Advertising let us know of your company and was presented in a manner that convinced us the company was professional and that we should have the space beneath our home encapsulated to prevent damage to our infrastructure. Steve is very knowledgeable and personable. He always explains everything carefully and completely so we are sure we understand everything. Excellent group of men--very organized, prompt, efficient, careful, considerate. The crew leader knew what was to be done and answered any additional questions; the crew worked diligently and were a good team. The crew ensured that everything was back as it was after installation and carefully gathered up all debris. You are perfect! Dry Zone has excellent staff and crew. They are apparently well trained and experienced. The company must be good to work for, because everyone we have been in contact with seems happy to work for Dry Zone and know everything that needs to be done, how it will be done--and illustrates that to customers with pictures. If the office gives us a date, they may even call back with a sooner one to see if it is convenient. If the office says the sales rep or crew will be here at 9:00, they are here at 9:00, we don't get a "window"and have to wait all day for them. We like your maintenance service--very thorough, and afterward, Steve explains all he found, what he did, and provides pictures. He takes his time, and we know he is being thorough. Excellent :)

We were more than pleased with the work your employees did. They were mindful of our home, didn't leave any debris, and were very considerate. I now have access to the other end of the crawlspace and would like to arrange for an estimate. I would also like, if possible, to have the same two individuals do the work. Johnny worked with us until we found a solution. He and DryZone prove to be dedicated to their clients. Yes, poor Johnny climbed into our crawl space, while I just cringed. Absolutely, a trustworthy and honest guy! Thank you, Johnny Scarborough.

Everything was perfect. No complaints!! Each day everything was cleaned nicely and put away. We used Dry Zone for waterproofing our crawl space and for structural repairs. I can't imagine using anyone else nor would I. I'm sure they are the best in this area.

The installation was great.  I would hire them again.

  Kathi T. from Dover, Delaware was extremely upset with her home's chronically wet basement. While she had lived with the problem for a number of years, she had reached a point where she could no longer stand it. Her son had just moved back in and was living downstairs when melting snow from a recent storm put her entire basement under four inches of water, which poured in from virtually every corner. She called a few companies from out of state and didn't really like the experience she had with them. Not only the solutions they were proposing didn't make much sense to her, but the sales people were extremely pushy, and used every gimmick in the book to try to pressure her into signing a contract with them. Being a Marketing teacher, she was very familiar with this type of high pressure sales tactics, and was not only unimpressed, but frustrated as well. She then decided to call a local company, and searching the internet, she found DryZone LLC. Her experience with the company was entirely different, and in this video she speaks about it from the sales process, to the installation which was done quickly on the verge of a huge snow storm, predicted to cause accumulations of up to 22 inches of snow in Delaware. They assured her the work would be done before the storm and they did it. "When people got here to do the install I was so upset about the weather forecast. They were like ''Ma'm, we're gonna get this done if we have to stay here until midnight' and they literally pulled out of the driveway, I believe it was on the third day, as it was starting to snow",  explains Kathi"I would recommend DryZone to anybody who like me value their property, their home", she concludes.
