Rainwater was dumping too close to the foundation with short gutter downspouts. Longer downspouts were buried to carry water away from the foundation. This helped to prevent water from pooling around the foundation and causing erosion and water damage.flooding. 

Our LawnScape Outlet is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet. This pipe lets water out onto the surface while camouflaging the pipe end. The lid comes off for easy cleaning, minimizing home maintenance.

The dehumidifier in this crawl space was no longer controlling humidity levels in the crawl space. This led to moisture issues, musty odors, and wood rot.
