Installing a new EverLast crawl space door to replace the old one in a wet crawl space is beneficial because it provides a durable, airtight seal that prevents moisture from entering the crawl space. These gutter discharge lines were dumping water too close to the home's foundation. This was causing a consistent issue with pools of standing water and damp soils, which can lead to serious foundational failure. Our expert crew installed buried gutter downspout extensions to direct the water to a safe distance away from the home. They removed and replaced the concrete from where the new extensions would pass through, and left everything looking as good as before - just drier and stronger!

This formerly moist and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel after our expert crew worked some waterproofing magic. We installed SilverGlo insulation boards along the walls and encapsulated the remaining area with our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier to provide the ultimate protection against moisture, humidity, and cold drafts.
