In this home, we tackled the crawl space that was experiencing excess moisture build up in the space, leading to soft spots in the floors of the home. The moisture had seeped into the crawl space, threatening the structural integrity of the home, so to fix this we installed CleanSpace into the crawl space. This provides a barrier between the outside of the home and the interior, keeping the moisture out of the space. SmartJacks were installed to stabilize the floors, getting rid of the soft spots, and leaving the crawl space clean, and usable space. This customer was pleased with the results and we were glad to restore peace of mind to the homeowner.

This damp and moldy crawl space was transformed into a clean, dry, and healthy space using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. 

Our crew treated the crawl space with mold cleaner, sealed the vents and rim joists, installed an interior perimeter drainage system, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and a crawl space dehumidifier. With these products, the homeowner won't have to worry about moisture and mold in their crawl space again. 

Notice the noticeable transformation in the photos taken at The Rock. Initially, mold flourished in a damp, unsealed crawl space, compromising air quality and structural integrity. Our solution effectively addressed this issue by installing the CleanSpace encapsulation system, SilverGlo wall insulation, and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The presence of standing water in the crawl space may lead to mold and mildew growth, wood rot, structural damage, and health issues. That's why we installed EZ-Flow crawl space drainage pipe and CleanSpace vapor barrier for this customer. Ground water seepage led to a high moisture level in the crawl space which caused the growth of mold and mildew. The EZ-Flow pipe will divert the water away from the crawl space, while the CleanSpace vapor barrier will prevent moisture from entering the crawl space and promote a dry environment, reducing the risk of wood rot and structural damage, as well as potential health issues.
