We were able to solve her foundation issues by installing SmartJacks and Metal Beams. SmartJacks are fully adjustable steel piers that support weak beams and bring sinking floors back up to where they are supposed to be.

This Chicago Heights homeowner was having issues with water leaking into their basement. To solve this problem, we first installed a SuperSump Sump Pump to get water out of the basement. An interior Trench Drain was installed by the door in order to keep water from entering when the door is in use. Finally, we extended the exterior discharge line to keep water as far away from the foundation as possible.
