Water seeping in to this basement was becoming a huge nuisance for the homeowner. They reached out to us at Chicago Basement Systems to solve this problem for them. We were able to make this basement dry again with a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. This perimeter drainage system is installed beneath the floor in order to capture water and drain it to the sump. The homeowner is thrilled that we were able to make their basement dry!

This cracked basement wall needed some serious help from the professionals. We solved the leaky crack by repairing it with an epoxy/resin wall repair kit. This crack is now sealed and the structural integrity of the wall has been restored. 

Water was leaking into this basement, and the homeowner really wanted that to change. We had just the solution for these water issues. We installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System and WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. These two systems work together seamlessly to keep water out of the basement!

This Chicago Heights homeowner was having issues with water leaking into their basement. To solve this problem, we first installed a SuperSump Sump Pump to get water out of the basement. Then we put in a StarPipe Drainage System to collect water seepage and drain it to the sump pump. An interior Trench Drain was installed by the door in order to keep water from entering when the door is in use. Finally, we extended the exterior discharge line to keep water as far away from the foundation as possible.

This once wet basement is now dry and protected! The homeowner is so glad they no longer have to worry about their belongings being ruined from moisture!

This homeowner was looking to protect his gravel crawl space from moisture. We installed Drainage Matting to soften the floor and create a thermal break between the earth and the crawl space.
