This Michigan City homeowner called our office with the hopes of insulating and encapsulating his crawlspace. 

Niles went to this historic home and created the perfect solution for what the customer needed. 

Cameron, our Service Technician, completed this entire job on his own.  From the leveling of dirt, cleaning the debris out, to the drainage matting and CleanSpace barrier.  This transformation is absolutely impressive and it shows how one man can really make a difference!! Kudos to Cameron!!!!! 

After providing this customer with wall stabilization, he called us back out to give him an estimate on his crawlspace. We installed CleanSpace on the walls and floor.

After we cleaned the debris out of this Michigan City, Indiana crawlspace, we encapsulated the walls and floors with CleanSpace.  We also added structural support with pads and posts, and a new beam.  

This Michigan City homeowner had concerns of high levels of humidity throughout their home.  We found that the humidity was rising from the crawlspace and that needed to be sealed off from the rest of the home.  We installed a vapor barrier of CleanSpace and drainage matting to combat those issues.
