This customer is a friend of the Dave Naughton, the President of Nova Basement Systems.  He trusted we were the company to call to help get his crawlspace in order.  We transformed his dark moldy crawlspace, into useable and clean space with CleanSpace Encapsulation.  

We encapsulated this entire crawlspace, with CleanSpace.  This barrier blocks vapors from rising into the crawlspace from the ground.   

To help manage moisture and humidity, We installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System over exterior walls, across the floor, and around any all pilasters.

The CleanSpace is buttoned along the walls, with all seams on the walls and floor overlapped, sealed with urethane, and secured with industrial tape.

High levels of humidity in this Winamac, Indiana crawlspace was causing a musty, earthy smell and mold issues. In this before image you can see the condensation forming on the vents.  A commercial grade dehumidifier and a complete encapsulation of the space has corrected these issues.
