This customer called in because his crawlspace would get water when it would rain.  Chris Young gave this customer an estimate and decided that drainage matting and CleanSpace would be the best solution to fix his seepage issues.  

We installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier in this Union Pier, Michigan home, to trap off vapors that can structurally damage a home, and cause mold and mildew.  

Sagging insulation can be a warning that moisture and humidity is present in your crawlspace.  When humidity creeps into the insulation it becomes damp, and it begins to absorb that moisture like a sponge.  Overtime, it becomes heavy and begins to sag.

We applied CleanSpace Encapsulation to this crawlspace to combat the high levels of moisture and humidity it was experiencing.  

This Monterey, Indiana customer called us to look at his crawlspace, that he believed had moisture issues. We did CleanSpace Encapsulation throughout the entire crawlspace and added an AprilAire Dehumidifier to control the humidity and moisture levels.
