Dear Mr. Miles, I wanted to write a personal letter to commend the three young men that worked at our home recently.  Rusty Little, Dennis Johnson, and Dylan Davidson were a pleasure.  All three of them worked extremely hard to get the job done.  In addition to working hard, they were very considerate in doing the work.  They probably had to work harder to avoid tearing up tile and having to move things (water heater).  We are pleased that for the very first time in 20 years we had about 3 inches of rain and not a drop in our basement. Response to my inquiry for a bid for my repair job was promptly completed.  Estimator's survey of the job was thorough, concisely explained, very detailed in work to be performed, time to completion, materials and work methods to be used.Work was completed on scheduled date and inside time frame quoted.  Pictures of the work in progress and the work when completed were supplied per my request.  Job site was cleaned up to my satisfaction.I had three bids on this work submitted and the price and warranty was competitive.  Happy to work with a local firm.Highly recommended.

I’ve had nearly all of my basement waterproofed by the basement doctor. It’s probably one of my better investments and improvements we done to our house. There’s nothing like having a dry basement.

I am very satisfied overall with The Basement Doctor.  Dennis was great to work with.  He was knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions.   Great crew!  Andrew was especially helpful at keeping me informed during the entire job.  They did a good job keeping the mess to a minimum.   I chose The Basement Doctor from online research I did previous to calling their office.  I was looking for a local, reputable company with references that would offer a good warranty and reliable service during and after the repair.  Overall I was pleased with the work they performed, as my foundation repair was quite the challenge.  This is always expensive work, especially when excavation is required, however I feel it was money well spent, and at a reasonable cost.  I will recommend The Basement Doctor and their staff!
